When do I get my deposit back?

Once the carrier is returned to us, if it is in good condition with all accessories we will let you know and ask for your bank details so we can return your deposit. If you have paid via PayPal we will refund via that method, less any fees we have incurred from the service. If there are issues with providing your refund we will be in contact.

We aim to provide all deposits back within 2 days of receiving your bank details.
