I've ordered the wrong size sling!

If you've ordered the wrong sized carrier, and need to exchange it, just send us an email and let us know within 7 days! In most cases if we have the replacement sling in stock, you will just need to send us your carrier back as soon as possible (at your own cost) and we will send the new one out to you by return post. We will refund you the difference in price / ask you for the payment deficit as applicable. 

Please note that all returned items must be in as new condition, with all original packaging, and tags still on.
