The short answer is no! We add on a couple of days to every new hire period to allow for postage to and from you. For example, if you chose to hire a sling for two weeks, with the posting date of the 1st of the month, the carrier will normally be with you on the 2nd. You then get 14 days hire, and post the sling back to us on the 16th, so that it reaches us by the 17th.
We send all hires by Royal Mail First Class post, which is normally next working day (we only post Mon - Thurs). We ask that you keep proof of postage, so that if the sling isn't back with us on time, we know that you sent it when you should have, and won't be charged a late fee.
