Returns policy for HIRED items

Once a rental sling is posted to you, your hire can no longer be cancelled.  We do not generally offer a partial refund for early return of rental slings, but are happy to swap items for the cost of postage

If a rental sling arrives damaged or otherwise unsuitable, please let us know immediately by emailing care@itsaslingthing.co.uk.  You have up to 3 days from when you received a rental sling that is damaged to return it for a replacement or refund.  If you let us know about an issue with a rental sling but do not return it within 3 days we will assume you would like to go ahead with the rental and will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
